a native New Orleanian and Greek-American. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who specializes in child, teen, and adult therapy. I moved back to New Orleans from Hong Kong in 2020 and opened my private practice in Old Metairie in 2021. In the early part of my career, I worked in non-profits alongside court-appointed professionals and attorneys. Before starting my practice, I worked in education as a School Counselor in both local and international schools. I have extensive experience in childhood development, parenting, and supporting the social and emotional growth of clients. I enjoy collaborating with other mental health professionals, doctors, and educators to support my holistic approach.
